Our brand follows a minimalist Japandi-inspired philosophy that values simplicity, functionality, quality, and timeless design. While we strive to present every product accurately, slight differences in appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, manufacturing tolerances, and material characteristics.

CurtainNest is not responsible for products manufactured according to measurements or specifications provided incorrectly by the customer. Custom-made or made-to-measure products may not be eligible for cancellation, exchange, or return except where required by law or where the product contains a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.

Prices displayed on CurtainNest.store are listed in the currency shown during checkout and may change without prior notice. Promotional prices, seasonal discounts, limited-time offers, coupon codes, and clearance pricing may be modified or withdrawn at our sole discretion. Pricing errors resulting from system malfunctions, typographical mistakes, supplier errors, or technical issues may be corrected before or after an order is placed. If payment has already been processed for an incorrect price, we may either honor the corrected price with your approval or issue a full refund if the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not necessarily constitute acceptance of your order. CurtainNest reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, inventory shortages, payment verification failures, violations of these Terms, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Orders may be canceled before shipment if requested promptly. Once production, packaging, customization, or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers should contact our support team immediately if changes are required. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate modification requests whenever practical.

Estimated shipping and delivery times provided on our website are approximate and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping schedules may be affected by weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, labor disruptions, transportation issues, inventory availability, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. CurtainNest shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and ownership generally transfer to the customer upon successful delivery by the shipping carrier to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is complete and accurate. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts caused by customer error may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products promptly after delivery. Any visible shipping damage, missing components, incorrect products, or manufacturing defects should be reported to our customer support team as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to notify us promptly may affect our ability to investigate claims with the shipping carrier, although this does not limit any mandatory legal rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Many CurtainNest products require installation by the customer. Customers should carefully read all installation instructions before beginning installation. Improper installation, failure to follow measurement guidelines, incorrect use of adhesive materials, cutting fabrics incorrectly, drilling into unsuitable surfaces, exposure to inappropriate environmental conditions, or misuse of products may void eligibility for certain remedies where permitted by law. CurtainNest is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, installation costs, or consequential losses resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.

Window coverings, magnetic screens, blinds, curtain tracks, cords, mounting hardware, and installation accessories should always be installed safely and used in accordance with applicable safety guidelines. Customers with children or pets should follow all recommended child-safety practices. CurtainNest shall not be liable for accidents resulting from improper installation, improper supervision, unauthorized modifications, or misuse of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CurtainNest disclaims all warranties except those that cannot legally be excluded. Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis unless otherwise expressly stated. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website, continuous availability of products, compatibility with every installation environment, or that our website will always remain free from technical errors, viruses, malware, or interruptions despite our reasonable efforts to maintain security.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. Where legislation provides mandatory rights or remedies, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CurtainNest, its owners, directors, employees, suppliers, affiliates, contractors, service providers, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, replacement costs, installation expenses, property damage, loss of data, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or third-party claims. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CurtainNest and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, legal expenses, costs, or demands arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our website, improper installation or use of products, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or violation of applicable laws.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, logistics companies, manufacturers, social media platforms, or external resources for your convenience. CurtainNest does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for their products, services, privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or business operations.
